We design, build and operate applications.
SAMBOX is a web and mobile application studio. We publish our own products — NiteMap first — and we take on client work in the same areas: product, engineering, mapping, operations.
What we do
An integrated studio, from scoping to operations.
01 — Product
Definition and scoping
We define what the app must do, for whom, and what it will not do. Trade-offs are written down before the first line of code.
02 — Engineering
Web and mobile development
Installable web apps, iOS and Android packaging, continuous deployment. React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Vercel.
03 — Data
Mapping and geodata
Geospatial databases, aggregation and qualification of multiple sources, interactive maps and real-time activity signals.
04 — Operations
Publishing, compliance and support
We remain the publisher after launch: maintenance, user support, moderation, GDPR compliance and further releases.
Our projects — 01
NiteMap
Live · since 2026The living map of the night.
NiteMap is a nightlife discovery app for France. It covers several regions and gathers on one map the venues and events where you can actually dance, with real music programming.
Unlike review platforms, NiteMap does not rely on anonymous ratings: information comes from people who were there, and describes the atmosphere rather than judging it.
User location is never collected in the background. It is used only if the person chooses to share it, for a limited time, and it expires automatically.

Our method
Three working principles.
- 01 Scoping We write it down before we code it. Scope, trade-offs and exit criteria are put in writing. That is what makes a deadline credible and a decision open to debate.
- 02 Delivery We ship to production, not to mockups. Every increment is deployed and usable. Decisions are made on real software rather than on intentions.
- 03 Aftercare We stay accountable after launch. Maintenance, support, compliance and further releases are part of the work — not a separate contract signed later.
Frequently asked
Do you take on client work?
Yes. We publish our own products and take external engagements: product scoping, web and mobile development, mapping and geodata.
How does an engagement run?
A written scope, a budget and a schedule, then regular releases to production. We stay reachable after launch.
Which technologies do you use?
React and TypeScript, PostgreSQL, continuous deployment on Vercel. Installable web apps plus iOS and Android packaging.
Are other products planned?
Several projects are under way. We announce them here once they are genuinely usable.
